3. Run a test to make sure everything works as intended.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
If the project has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the project has already started: a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.
If the first draft is delivered: a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.

PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOMIZATION
Please note that the order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date as it will turn to an overdue order, and it will impact the shop. Please send your info as soon as possible. The design will be sent within 3 business days hours after I get all the necessary info.
