SEND YOUR INFO
– vertical or horizontal
– board size and the distance between the board and customer
– FINAL menu (names, descriptions, and prices) in text or pdf file if possible. Missing prices is okay.
– your logo (for color theme reference)
– example menu design style
– photos of the food items if you have them.
** If there are no photos, I will use stock image I can find for your menu. Please message me if the images you wish is something I could find before ordering.
** Please send as much info as possible so the project can be done successfully.
HOW IT WORKS
– first design will be sent within 3 to 5 business days once all the necessary info received.
– maximum of 3 rounds of changes will be made.
– once finalized, Canva link and image file will be emailed to you. Canva is free and easy to use for future edits.
– for digital menu board, save the image file in your USB then plug-in to your TV.
for LED lit menu boad, print the menu board on transparent flim, and put it on your LED board. Info on where to print on flim on LED board will be sent.
REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
If the project has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the project has already started: a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.
If the first draft is delivered: a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To secure your spot and initiate work on your project, full payment is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures that our time and resources are dedicated to your project without delays.
PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOMIZATION
Please note that the order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date as it will turn to an overdue order, and it will impact the shop. Please send your info as soon as possible. The design will be sent within 3 business days after I get all the necessary info.
