HOW IT WORKS
- first design will be sent within 3 to 5 business days once all the necessary info received.
- maximum of 3 rounds of changes will be made.
- once finalized, a Canva link and a video file will be emailed to you. Canva is free and easy to use for future edits.
- save the video file in your USB then plug-in to your TV. Enjoy the beautiful menu!
REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
If the project has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the project has already started: a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.
If the first draft is delivered: a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.
PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOMIZATION
Please note that the order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date as it will turn to an overdue order, and it will impact the shop. Please send your info as soon as possible. The design will be sent within 3 business days after I get all the necessary info.
