To build your personalized custom slideshow, please provide:

• Your company logo for color theme reference along with your specific color picks

• The complete contents and text for your slides in a text format or PDF file if possible

• An example style or reference layout if you have a specific vision in mind

• Your high quality photos or short video clips in standard file formats

Please share as much detailed information as possible so your promotional system can be developed successfully!

How It Works

1. Your first draft layout proof will be sent within 3 to 5 business days once all your project assets are received.

2. A maximum of 3 rounds of modifications are included to perfect your display details.

3. Once finalized, a master Canva link and a high resolution video file will be emailed directly to you. Canva is completely free and user friendly for any future text updates you want to make yourself.

4. Simply save the video file onto a USB drive and plug it directly into your TV screen to enjoy your brand new display loop.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

• If the media production project has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If the layout creation process has already started, a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.

• If the first draft layout is delivered, a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.

Booking and Payment

To secure your production spot and initiate professional design work on your asset, full payment is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures that dedicated creative hours are focused on your system without structural delays.

Processing Time for Customization

Please note that your order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date to prevent it from becoming an overdue order in the shop backend system. Please send your text preferences as soon as possible. Your final design will be securely sent within 3 business days after receiving all required setup details.
