What is Included

Base service: Customization includes up to 100 photos mixed into the layout.

Extra items: After the initial 100 photos, an additional charge applies for extra images or video clips added to your custom setup.

To begin building your custom slideshow, please send:

Your categorized photos or short video files.

Any text captions or custom messages that should go with specific photos.

Your chosen audio background track as an actual mp3 or m4a file format. Please note that streaming links from services like Spotify or Apple Music cannot be used to build your video.
How It Works

Your first video proof will be sent within 72 hours after receiving all of your required project details.

A maximum of 3 rounds of changes are included to perfect the pacing and layout.

Once finalized, a stunning high definition MP4 video file will be emailed directly to you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If the production has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

If the project layout has already started, a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.

If the first draft video is delivered, a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.
Booking and Payment
To secure your production spot and initiate creative work on your video, full payment is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures that dedicated editing resources are focused on your system without structural delays.
Processing Time for Customization
Please note that your digital order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date to prevent it from showing as overdue in the shop system. Please send your files as soon as possible. Your final proof will be sent within 3 business days after receiving all necessary operational details.
