Send Your Project Info

To build your custom digital menu, please provide:

• Orientation preference (vertical or horizontal)

• Screen size and the estimated viewing distance from customers

• Your final food menu text (item names, descriptions, and pricing) in a text or PDF file

• Your business logo for color theme and brand reference

• Preferred layout design style or cafe menu examples you love

• High quality photos of your food items if available

If there are no photos, I will select premium stock imagery that fits your cuisine. Please message me prior to ordering to ensure I can find the right style for your brand. Send as much detail as possible to ensure your tv menu project is a success!

How It Works

1. Your first editable menu proof will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after all your information is received.

2. A maximum of 3 rounds of revisions are included to perfect the layout.

3. Once finalized, a master Canva link and a high resolution video file will be emailed to you. Canva is free and easy to use for any future text or price updates.

4. Simply save the video file onto a USB drive, plug it into your smart TV, and enjoy your beautiful display!

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

• If the project has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If the design process has already started, a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.

• If the first draft display is delivered, a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.

Booking and Payment

To secure your production spot and initiate professional design work on your system, full payment is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures that dedicated time and creative resources are focused on your brand without delays.

Processing Time for Customization

Please note that your digital order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date to prevent it from showing as overdue in the shop system. Please send your menu details as soon as possible. The final design proofs will be sent within 3 business days after receiving all necessary project setup info.

Terms of Use
