If the project has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the project has already started: a 50% refund of the order price will be provided.
If the first draft is delivered: a 25% refund of the order price will be provided.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To secure your spot and initiate work on your project, full payment is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures that our time and resources are dedicated to your project without delays.
PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOMIZATION
Please note that the order will be marked as completed 2 weeks after the purchase date as it will turn to an overdue order, and it will impact the shop. Please send your info as soon as possible. The deliverable will be sent within 3 business days after I get all the necessary info.
